January & February – Did Not Attend (DNA) Notice

Please remember how important it is to attend your appointment in January and February 2025

• 93 patients at Avon Road Surgery did not attend for their appointments.
• Which resulted in a loss of 23.5 hours of clinical time.
• Appointment reminders have been set up to send via text message 24 hours before the upcoming appointment as a reminder.
• The reminder also gives you an option to cancel your appointment if it is no longer needed, allowing other patients to be able to book to see a clinician.
