Patients at Avon Road Surgery did not attend for their appointments

Which resulted in a loss of 21.5 hours of clinical time

Appointment reminders have been set up to send via text message 24 hours before the upcoming appointment as a reminder

 The reminder also gives you an option to cancel your appointment if it is no longer needed, allowing other patients to be able to book to see a clinician
