Friends and Family Test – November Feedback

At Avon Road Surgery, we are committed to listening to our patients and continually improving the care we provide. As part of this, we regularly review feedback from the NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT). In November, we received 18 feedback responses, giving us a helpful view of patient experience.

The ratings were as follows:



Overall, 88.9% of patients rated their experience as positive (“Very Good” or “Good”). Many comments praised our friendly staT, supportive clinicians, and clear communication. A small number of concerns were raised about communication and feeling listened to. Although FFT responses are anonymous and we cannot follow up directly, these themes have been shared with our team for learning and improvement.

We review Friends and Family Test feedback every month and use it to guide service improvements. Your feedback plays an important role in helping us deliver responsive, high-quality care for our patients.
