The practice nurses run the asthma clinic. Please bring your inhaler with you to your clinic appointment.

We follow up all patients with heart disease, angina and AF regularly in our CHD Clinic, which is run by doctor and practice nurse. Make sure you have your blood tests annually. Please bring all your medication with you to your clinic appointment.

Baby Clinic is held on Tuesday and Thursday by the Health Visitor in the health centre. For further information please call 01708 576100.

The diabetic clinic is run between the Doctors and the Practice Nurses. We provide a comprehensive care. All diabetic patients need a nurse check once a year. Some patients will require more visits to both nurse and doctor to try and gain optimised control. All patients require annual blood test before booking the appointment. 

Clinics are held by Practice Nurses under the guidance of the doctor.

Cryosurgery clinics are held when demand requires for warts, verrucas and minor small lesions. The doctors run a minor surgery clinic when demand requires for excisions and toenail removals.

Appointments are with a GP this should be 8 weeks after birth, the mother and baby check and baby’s first immunisation will be carried out at the same time. You should receive an invite to attend once the surgery has received maternity discharge letters.

This is run by Community Midwives in the health centre. 

Please bring a specimen of urine and your Antenatal Records with you.
